Pavel Plastikk: Sea Line

We're proud to have a brand new mix by Pavel Plastikk for you to enjoy. The Kyiv based DJ and record collector is a man with an outstanding taste in music. The mix he put together for Testpressing («Tree Line») late last year was on heavy rotation over here. With «Sea Line» he blends some of his newest founds and all-time faves. Don't miss out if Pavel is DJing wherever you are. The set we saw him play last year was one of the best in ages.

Tarjei Nygard: Taboo Tape No.1

Tarjei Nygård is the co-owner of the Norwegian label Untz Untz Records together with Pastor that we featured here earlier. At Untz Untz he is the in-house producer and a naturally gifted DJ. He is an avid record digger and sits one a immense collection of rare hip hop, funk, disco and house. «Taboo» is set to be the name for his new club night. With it he will be spreading his house and disco sounds via the axis Bergen/Stavanger/Berlin on a regular basis. Previously he has been releasing his work as Touchable Terrence, but he is now flying the flag under his birth name. He  will release his own debut 12" on Prins Thomas's Full Pupp label later this year as well as a 7" on the rather obscure Stupid Fish & Pigeon Records.

Ronny & Renzo: Guestmix

They are probably our favourite Belgians right now. Ronny & Renzo run the King Kung Foo label and also produce/remix music that is somehow typically for Belgium. What we mean with this you can hear in this exclusive mix they did for us. It connects everything wavy and sombre to a funky collage that outbeats waffles of fries by far. Think again.

Sarah Jaffe: Mixtape

Just before releasing her new album «The Body Wins» Sarah Jaffe found time to compile a mixtape for us. The singer/songwriter from Denton TX has mixed french stuff (Brigitte Bardot, Air), R'n'B (The Weeknd, Erykah Badu), modern troubadours (Bill Callahan, Wye Oak) with some classics (Frank Sinatra, The Lovin' Spoonful, America). Open your ears to an hour of eclectic and diversified music.

Terence Bernardo: The Dirge Mix

Terence Bernardo is an expert in sad-sack tunes. That's why we asked him to make a little mix for us that will drag you really down. The first on the mix is the title song from Bernardo's upcoming record that he produced with Kid Koala. An exclusive preview for you out there.  It's called "Dirge". We guess this says it all. Keep on sobbing.
