is an Italian producer and DJ who likes to grab the real world with his hands – a world full of records that is. Dusty grooves, forgotten soul, funk and disco gems turn into slow motion and down beat house tracks once Riccio has fed his sampler with them. His tracks for labels like Super Value, Hidden History or Gentleman Recordings are among the sharpest, precious and fun edits/remixes you will find in the record store of your choice.
Spring time, looking the video on MTV, waiting to go to the playground, no homework.
Everybody needs love!!!
Milan 2008. A triumphant concert, never seen something like that! His voice is still pure.
«When you wake up tomorrow, you will forget the things you said tonight...» Candi saysit all, and it’s what we say to our politicians for years. Too many promises here, no anthems...
All songs of the past and the future made without love from people who don't know what love is.
A hard to find record. I was going crazy about having it! «The Vibes Is Right» off it, is a piece of my heart.
It made me fall in love – with music, completely!
High school time... first amazing experiences.
Bad question, man. Please... I prefer not to think about it now.
Holidays in Sicily in 2004 with my girlfriend. Lots of sun, salt of the blue sea and the best food.
First time I heard this was in a Theo Parrish mix, before it was officially released... and my soul cried!
A complex song with a lot of different atmopheres: the good and the bad, the quiet and the storm, the struggle that is in us, everyday. But once listened to it you’re unchained.
Probably an album of an Italian songwriter. I bought it with my parents as a gift. But I don’t remember well. I was a child.
All stupids to mimic the chorus.
Pam Grier and Willie Hutch... what else would a man want?!
It's my every morning song this week, also sunday. But I have a lot of sweet morning song in my library, and I change them often.
I mean... take it easy.
Bologna is my town, where I was born and raised, where I studied. It is one of the richer towns in Italy. Rich in the sense also of values and hospitality in the past. But nowadays too much politicians are crooked and have spoiled a good tradition, changing the political vision only in creating power struggles and forgetting to feed the talented social fabric. The time is now. I hope to be a part of it.
Two towers at the end of via Rizzoli! During XII and XIII Century the towers (all between 60 and 100 meters high) were more than 150! Power!!!
The club where I play.

Eat super fresh tuna and superb white wine chez Franco at «Mareluna», Via Del Fossato, 43/d. Excellent value for money.
Say what?!?!?!? You can’t talk about it in Italy! Too many churches in town to think about that!
It reminds me of my childhood.
In Bologna Basketball has a very long tradition going back to the 60s to the generation of my father. And this was back then when Bologna FC was one of the biggest football teams in Italy! Virtus Bologna and Fortitudo belonged to the best basketball teams in Europe in the late 90s. I don’t follow football too much, because I prefer the rules of basketball. It’s funnier to watch and play.
Via Saragozza, the longest porticoed street in the world, i think (3,75 km of a total of 40 km arcades in all town!)
Piazza Santo Stefano. Best in springtime. Enjoy the sun while drinking and eating ice cream.
