Chikinki
was one of the best newcomer bands in 2006, although they formed back in 1996. The five members met at the University of Bristol and played funk early on and gradually moved towards the electro-pop sound that they maintain today. Since they have no bass player, the two keyboards provide a combination of melody and rhythm section. All members are song writers, and both Wensely and Exton have degrees in Music.
