The Diaphanoids
go by the human names of Andrea Bellentani and Marco Maccari. The two Italians come up with sounds reminiscent of some long lost proto-spaceage sound library. Offerings were sent to one Hans Peter Lindstrom in Oslo and he in turn handed the secret tapes to Stevie Kotey, who was truly mesmerised by their approach and signed them for his label Bearfunk.
