Cherry Hills – the Beverly Hills of Denver. And also Stoners Forest.

The Ellie Caulkins Opera House at Speer Avenue. It’s in the middle of the theatre district and built within the art complex, which also features concert halls, theatres and auto shows and even circuses. It opened in 2005 after major renovation.
favorite club?
We’re not clubbers. If we go out we love to go to «Thin Man», which is a bar. It’s on 17th Avenue. It’s a great place to hang out with friends. They got lots of religious stuff on the walls, different paintings of Jesus, crucifixes and popes. And they offer lots of different vodkas and tons of different grappas.
best day of the week in the city?
Hm, let’s say Wednesday cuz it sounds good. But then again, it’s probably Thursday.
where do you kiss the last time (or where would you like to)?
At the Cherry Creek Apple Store.

best record store?
Twist & Shout – they are on Colfax Avenue. And they have lots of cool instore concerts. For instance Ben Harper played there recently.
favorite restaurant?
An Italian restaurant named «Frasca». It’s actually in Boulder, CA. Best Italian restaurant in the country! It already won several prizes and offers excellent wine. It’s definitely worth the forty-minute drive from Denver.
which song fits the city the best?
The Mexican Hat Dance
They just changed the state anthem of Colorado to John Denver’s «Rocky Mountain High». Which really sucks. We think it should be something more Western. There’s this Mexican traditional dance piece called «The Mexican Hat Dance». Let’s say that, performed by The People of Denver.

Under the bridge of the intersection at Interstate 25 and Colfax. Or Stoner’s Forest in Aurora.
