is a psychedelic rock group from Austin, Texas. The band’s name derives from the Velvet Underground song «The Black Angel’s Death Song». Formed in 2004 they already had one year later a song on the «Psychedelica Vol. 1» compilation by Northern Star Records. Gigs at Lollapalooza and SXSW helped to increase the quintet’s popularity. And Stephanie Bailey is probably the only female drummer who smokes while hitting her toms and cymbals.
