is a psychedelic rock group from Austin, Texas. The band’s name derives from the Velvet Underground song «The Black Angel’s Death Song». Formed in 2004 they already had one year later a song on the «Psychedelica Vol. 1» compilation by Northern Star Records. Gigs at Lollapalooza and SXSW helped to increase the quintet’s popularity. And Stephanie Bailey is probably the only female drummer who smokes while hitting her toms and cymbals.
Cranked up to top volume.
The soundtrack to James Deans' last car ride.

The entire album is perfect for a haunted house.

And also Black Rebel Motorcycle Club.

From my Dads record collection. I used to listen to it over and over and over.
In the summer of 1999 I discovered Pink Floyd’s first album. I didn’t know humans could make such cool sounds. It’s my all time favourite album.
Written by the late Syd Barrett.
